We are seeking a dedicated HR Lead with a strong background in organisational development to join our team and lead transformative initiatives that drive positive culture and employee engagement.
As an HR Lead, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with leadership and various departments to drive organisational development initiatives, facilitate change management processes, and champion cultural transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organisational objectives.
- Lead change management efforts by identifying areas for improvement, designing change interventions, and implementing initiatives to drive successful change.
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR initiatives across the organisation.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will work collaboratively in a team environment and develop positive and lasting professional relationships across a broad range of stakeholders, both white and blue, by working to understand business drivers impacting their operations. You will enjoy working in an autonomous environment with tight deadlines and competing or changing priorities.
The skills and experience best suited to this role:
- Experience driving cultural change initiatives within a industrial environment is highly desirable
- Tertiary studies in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, organisational development or similar with previous industry experience
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Exceptional influencing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Certification in change management or organisational development is a plus.
