Job Description
Due to the exciting growth of Guzman y Gomez Restaurants, an opportunity has become available for a People Business Partner to join our People team! As the People Business Partner, you’ll become a strategic advisor and trusted confidant, partnering with our restaurant and state leadership teams to cultivate a thriving workplace where people and performance go hand-in-hand.
You’ll have broad remit which includes providing support, advice, and guidance in relation to strategy, culture and engagement, retention, performance and reward, development and succession, employee relations and workers compensation. Your portfolio will be across corporate and franchised restaurants in New South Wales.

What are the essential qualifications & experience?
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Psychology or related subject or significant experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience, in a Human Resources Business Partnering role within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced understanding of Australian employment law, award interpretation and disciplinary management.
