Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources or similar
- Experience in HRBP or management, but we’re flexible! This role has an external HR support, mentoring and coaching so that you can develop the skills you need.
- Experience in Disability services/Health care/not-for-profit is highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop, implement & maintain HR policies & procedures
- Look after the entire employee lifecycle - from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding and development
- Partner with the business managers, providing advice on employee relations and culture management
- Support the rostering by planning administration and collaborating with managers and external accountant on inputs and outputs
