Human Resources Business Partner/Manager

The Opportunity 

As our Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will  play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by building strong teams, driving cultural transformation, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Experience in Agriculture is of benefit, but not essential.

This is a great opportunity to use or continue to build on your already well-developed skills.

The Role:

Responsible for overseeing all operational functions related to Human Resources, this role includes -

• Overseeing HR operations, including remuneration programs and staffing levels, while actively partnering with managers to ensure transparent labour budgets and consistent staffing.
• Employee relations including contract management, complex award interpretation, performance management and dispute resolution.
• Ensuring compliance with current and future legislation changes, keeping the senior leadership team informed and maintaining adherence across the business.
• Working with our Visa Specialist on all Visa programs ensuring compliance at every stage.

You will bring:

• Over 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management positions
• Diploma/Degree of Human Resources Management
• Resilience with the problem-solving ability to find solutions to complex issues.
• Exceptional organisational management skills with the ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders of all levels.
• A naturally engaging communication style with the capability to influence a diverse range of people.
• Computer skills - MS Office and Excel
• HR administration skills
