We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated HR Business Partner to join our team for a 12 month parental leave cover. This role will work closely with leaders to implement and support the people strategy across the division, with a heavy focus on handling grievances, performance management and conduct matters.
Job DescriptionKey responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that grievances, complaints and ER matters are handled promptly and sensitively and provide timely and appropriate advice and support to people leaders
- Advise expert advice to people leaders on performance management
- Manage end to end investigations into a range of matters
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and undertake activities, such as remuneration reviews, for relevant client group to ensure compliance with Modern Awards
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Participate in development of our strategic people initiatives across the employee lifecycle
To be considered for this role you will have:
- HR Generalist and Business Partnering experience
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience in the management of a broad range of ER matters
- Experience implementing change and/or initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent stakeholder support
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
- Computer literacy with proficient use of Microsoft office software applications
- Experience in a heavily regulated and performance driven industry would be advantageous
