Seeking skilled and dynamic Human Resources Business Partners to support our clients HR functions and contribute to the overall business strategy. As a HR Business Partner, you'll align HR initiatives with company goals, provide guidance to managers and employees, and drive organisational success.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, offering guidance on HR matters to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with managers for talent needs, facilitate recruitment processes, and ensure high-quality candidate selection.
- Support performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Collaborate on employee engagement and retention opportunities with leaders.
- Drive initiatives to enhance organisational culture, diversity, and inclusion.
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and stay informed on relevant HR laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships across the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
