Role Summary
The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to connect as many suitable job seekers as possible to the vacancies we have at St Jude's, allowing our organisation to continue its growth journey. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders, taking responsibility for managing the entire front-end of the recruitment process. This role will identify, screen and shortlist candidates, run assessment processes and then make recommendations for hire.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interview processes and following up documentation requests with candidates.
- Liaising with key stakeholders and providing consistent reporting and updates.
- Coordinating recruitment activity for business units and stakeholders located outside of Perth.
This role is located at our central office in Belmont. The role is being hired on a permanent full time basis.

Key selection criteria includes:
- Previous experience within a high volume recruitment role, ideally in a similar industry, is desirable but not essential.
- A track record of succeeding in a candidate-driven sector where the onus is on the hiring party to impress and attract their people, is desirable but not essential.
- The drive to succeed and achieve for your stakeholders and for the organisation, and to grow and develop yourself professionally and personally.
