About Staff-Net 

Staff-Net is a small and successful recruitment agency that has been in operation for 15+ years.  Since its inception it has focused on technical recruitment providing a comprehensive and professional service to both clients and candidates.  Providing Temp & Perm placements across a wide range of industry sectors and job types with a focus on Trades, Blue Collar, White Collar & Management.   

With no desire or intention to follow the pack or worry about competitors, Staff-Net does not focus on KPI’s or monthly targets.  We focus on spending a bit more time with candidates in order to interpret their skills, goals and personality type in detail and in doing so we are able to convey that information to clients, so they can get a detailed understanding of the candidate in order to make an informed decision. 

The Role

This is a genuine “End to End” recruiter role that suits a true all-rounder that can manage jobs from order to candidate onboarding for Temp and Perm Placements, where you will working across. 

  • Taking Orders / Job Briefs from Clients
  • Writing and Placing Ads
  • Candidate search on the in-house CRM (40,000 + Candidates on database)
  • Vetting Candidate Applications
  • Interviewing Candidates
  • Assessment of Candidate Skills & Attributes
  • Writing Candidate Profiles
  • Reference Checking
  • Creating & Submission Comprehensive Candidate Documentation Packs to Clients
  • Coordinating Temp or Perm Onboarding with Clients
  • Creating & Processing - Temp Employee Employment Agreements

Depending on the successful candidates past work experience and skills there is additional work responsibilities available (or can trained in) across the following;

  • Account Management - Key Client Representative
  • Business Development & Sales
  • Marketing - Social Media & Campaigns on Target Industries
  • OH&S Compliance & Injury Management 
  • Strategic Planning
  • Day to Day Operations / Trouble Shooting Issues 
  • Quoting & Negotiating of Business Agreements
  • Inhouse - QA & Systems

Location / Working Hours / Parking  

  • Location: Based in heart of the South Fremantle’s café strip in roomy open plan office
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Parking: Ample, free street parking very close to the office

The Recruiter 

Ideally, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter that has worked for Recruitment Agencies or as in-house HR Officer or HR Officer with at least 2 years experience.

You will also be familiar with Technical Recruitment with an in-depth knowledge of blue collar, white collar and engineering job types, especially in the following;

  • Trades: Fabricating & Welding, Mechanical, Electrical & Construction Trades 
  • Blue Collar: Warehousing, Trades Assistants, Labourers, Field Assistants & Logistics 
  • White Collar: Accounting, Book Keeping, Project Administrators, PA’s, Procurement, Sales Reps, Coordinators & General Admin 
  • Management: Operations, Workshop, Finance, HR, HSEQ, Project Managers, Sales
  • Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical & Civil    

If you are a recruiter that knows the difference between MIG & TIG Welding or understands the specialty skills and differences across Heavy Duty Fitting, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics and Mechanical Fitting, we encourage you to apply.

In order to carry out your responsibilities effectively, possessing the following Business Administration skills is required.

  • Highly competent in using computer software especially in Microsoft - Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM software 
  • Has exceptional Literacy & Creative Writing skills, which is required for numerous tasks such as Emails, Writing Candidate Profiles & Writing Ads 
  • Very Good Numeracy Skills 
  • Is IT Savvy 

Remuneration

Depending on your experience, qualifications and value adds (such as Business Development experience, processing payroll) the salary range will be between;

  • $75,000 to $95,000  
  • + Super
  • + Leave Entitlements
