About the opportunity:An exciting opportunity has become available to join our HR team. As HR Coordinator you will be responsible for providing HR administration services across the employee lifecycle. You will also get a chance to grow your career through your exposure to a range of HR matters and projects.

Whilst relevant, previous experience is important, it's ultimately your attitude that's most important to us. Having initiative, building rapport easily, able to prioritise effectively, strong attention to detail and being extremely results driven is what is going to make you successful in this role.

Key Selection Criteria:Please only address the dot points listed below in your application

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal, with the ability to provide accurate and clear advice and information to a range of stakeholders.
  • High level ability to pay attention to detail and identify, investigate and resolve related problems.
  • Proven ability in prioritising competing demands to deliver own work requirements, collaborate with and support others, and contribute to team and broader organisation outcomes.
  • Understanding Human Resource principles, policies and practices, and employment Acts, Awards and Legislation.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management.

Remuneration: ASO3, $66590 - $70968 per annum
Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week

Special Conditions:

  • This is a contract/term vacancy up to 12 months.
