About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for those aspiring to grow within People and Culture. As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will take ownership of onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, reporting and act as initial point of call for policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. With an eye on continuous improvement, you will also have the opportunity contribute to key people-related, company-wide projects that focus on the enhanced employee experience throughout the full employee-lifecycle.
They key responsibilities will include:
- Employee relations - Act as initial point of contact for employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Onboarding - Manage and administer induction and onboarding processes and material. Coordinate with Regional Administration for ensuring inductions are completed and records are complete. Organisation of employment set-up and documentation.
- Offboarding - Manage and administer offboarding process. Coordinate with Regional Administration and IT for ensuring offboarding is complete.
- Projects – Contribute to large whole of company projects, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Annual Performance Reviews - Organises performance reviews and ensures that reviews are completed in accordance with Lucid Policies and Procedures.
- Reporting – a range of reporting including monthly P&C reports, remuneration benchmarking, employee changes reporting for Payroll.
- Recruitment - Occasionally assist with recruitment campaigns including midyear and/or end of year work experience or graduate recruitment, Universities Career Expo.
