Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with managers to maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance.
- Support recruitment efforts and coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Facilitate evaluations, offboarding procedures, and manage employee status changes.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and provide timely support to employee inquiries.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and activities.
- Lead engaging induction sessions to set new team members up for success.
- Track HR deadlines and update records accordingly.
- Proven experience in HR administration or coordination.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
