As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be a critical member of our Sales and Operations team, responsible for providing essential support to Management and the sales team. You will ensure the smooth running of sales operations processes and procedures and help to drive sales performance by delivering exceptional customer service and managing sales enablement tools and processes.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Team in organising and maintaining sales reports, performance metrics and dashboards, and provide insights into the data to drive business decisions.
- Support the sales team with customer and order management processes, promotions, quotes, orders, and shipment tracking.
- Focus on Project Management, communicating status of projects with customers, Sales and logistics teams and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the teams such as Finance and Customer Service and Logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Handle enquiries from customers and sales reps and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Identify process improvements and suggest solutions to optimise sales operations and customer experience.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to assess pricing and service competitiveness.
- Take ownership for the CRM, ensuring that all records are entered and updated regularly and ongoing.
- Working closely with the sales team to build dashboards; build, run and maintain reports; assist with general research and data entry where necessary to drive effectiveness and efficiency within our sales team.
- Inventory Management, working with Management on sourcing of new products and related importing procedures.
