Position overview
The People Experience & Capability (PEXC) Support Coordinator reports to the Head of People Experience & Capability and plays an important role in working closely with the Head of and broader People Experience & Capability Team to deliver key administration and coordination support across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
The People Experience & Capability Support Coordinator is responsible for:
- High level administration support to the Head of People Experience & Capability
- Ownership of all the administrative components of the new employee onboarding experience
- Providing high level Learning Management System (LMS) administration support to the team
Customer-focus, coupled with a passion for learning and growth, the People Experience & Capability Support Coordinator will contribute to building a high-performance culture at VBA.
Who we are looking for
- exposure working in HR, Organisational Development, L&D, or Employee Experience teams.
- strong organisational skills including the ability to multitask
- excellent planning and prioritising skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills.
- experience or familiarity working with Learning Management Systems and Articulate 360 would be advantageous.
