Form of workAbout the role:In this role you will support our Safety, Health & Wellbeing Manager and partner with our Operations team to drive a safety culture across ANZ. You will focus primarily on safety strategies, incident investigations, risk assessments, safety audits and restaurant training to make sure that our employees are safe on the job. Other elements of the role include supporting with injury management and eturn to Work for WorkCover injuries as well as advising and supporting People Partners with non-work-related injuries and the implementation of wellbeing strategies.
Work in collaboration with restaurants, regional field teams and Central Support to provide coaching and guidance on safety, health and wellbeing issues
Regularly review workplace health and safety risks and make recommendations to minimise risk
Champion health and wellbeing programs, manage Workcover injuries and RTW planning / implementation including liaison with injured Nandocas, Managers, treating providers and insurers
Support restaurants to investigate incidents and hazards and lead investigations of serious /and or…
