AddressThe HR Generalist will play a critical role in the day-to-day people-related operations in the local markets and within the HR team. This role will coordinate many of the HR activities. Activities include managing the daily employee lifecycle processes and regularly interact with employees. You should be able to demonstrate a great degree of empathy, while also being resolution and results-driven. You should be a friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements for all positions
- Maintains organisation staff by running a recruiting, testing and interviewing program
- Run point on HR initiations such as salary reviews, performance reviews and organisational changes.
- Prepares employees for assignment by running inductions and training.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable employment legislation for employees within the governing authority. This may include drafting contracts and conducting investigations
- Maintain integrity of data.
- Assess requests/queries escalated to you for criticality, priority and complexity.
- Provide resolution on more complex people orientated operational issues/queries from the business.
- Communicate directly with CEO's on trends, risks and more serious issues.
Qualifications:
A completed university degree specifically Human Resource related or a degree with transferrable skills such as Teaching, Business Managment & etc.
Demonstrated superb customer service to employees
Able to resolve problems in a timely manner
Able to communicate effectively and engage with employees
Able to maintain confidentiality
Possess Analytical ability
Computer Literate
Ability to write complex and confidential correspondence
Ability to effectively present information within the organisation and externally.
