As a HR Graduate, you will have the opportunity to rotate through different teams across RAA's People & Capability team. During these rotations, you will get the opportunity to develop your skills through practical, hands-on, and strategic HR activities such as (but not limited to):
- Support the HRBP team by providing an advisory service to the organisation bringing a customer focussed mindset.
- Work with HR Systems Specialist for reporting and system business improvement initiatives
- Assist with the checking of employment letters and contracts.
- Support with coordinating key program delivery including Corporate Induction, EMS with a view to co-facilitate where appropriate.
- Support the team to operationalise initiatives from HR Centres of Excellence, including but not limited to Talent Management, Engagement Surveys and Salary and Performance Reviews.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team for recruitment and selection activities
About you
You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
You're passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference.
For this role, we're also looking for:
- Currently studying a bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline, due to complete in 2024 or completed in 2023
- Teamwork demonstrated through extracurricular activities (e.g. sports, clubs, work, societies)
- Passion for learning and self-improvement
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate skills in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- High academic achievement (minimum GPA 5.0 or credit average)
