We are seeking aHuman Resources (HR) Advisor to manage general HR functions and implement strategies across various business units in WA. This is a newly created, stand-alone role in WA and reports to the HR Manager based in Sydney.
Duties:
- Build strong relationships with internal management teams and various external stakeholders.
- Workforce management.
- Strategic talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention (i.e., assist and identify vacancies within management teams, source candidates, manage the recruitment process, conduct onboarding activities, etc.)
- Employee Relations and Industrial relations (ER/IR).
- Performance management.
- Standardise policies and implement new ideas.
- Promote a positive and empowered workplace culture.
- Develop and execute programs and lead projects that encourage employee engagement.
- Min. 4 yrs general HR experience.
- Hold a Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Recruitment experience in various industries (e.g., industrial manufacturing, mining, engineering, etc.).
- Experience working in WA, Australia.
- Strong experience implementing various HR related activities.
- Ability to work in a stand-alone role.
- Well-versed with HR related law and related legislation.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
