Emeco have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team in our Osborne Park head office.

Key responsibilities include:
Assess and interpret employee contractual terms and conditions including relevant Awards and rosters,
Manage and coordinate training activities and initiatives,
Assist in maintaining employee records using various information systems (Chris21, Martian Logic, and Rapid Induct),
Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse and apply HR metrics to underpin strong decision-making,
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding,
Contribute to all aspects of HR policy and process improvements; and
