Utilising your Administration skills and interest in all matters Human Resources the essence of this key role is to monitor and inform the business of all matters of governance pertaining to employment.
Reporting to the General Manager this key appointment supports the site operations team by monitoring and managing the full suite of HR functions including ER/IR support, end-to-end recruitment, initiating training programs and coordinating performance review process.
