Position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven People and Culture Manager to assist our staff in providing exceptional aged care.
You will be placed at Aberlea Inc in Mortlake, Victoria, and your main responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring, addressing and improving the Aberlea staff experience.
- Recruiting of new staff members.
- Liaison between office team, on-floor teams and the executive team.
- Managing employee relations and working with employees to resolve any conflicts or grievances.
- Ensuring all administration tasks are completed in an accurate and efficient manner with high level of attention to detail.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is keen to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of their role. The preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous cultural transformation experience with a track record of delivering excellent results
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to “get stuff done” whilst still having a laugh
- Efficiency in drafting related policies
- EBA negotiation experience
- Human resources experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
