The HR Manager is enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated and enjoys working in a fun and energised environment. This is a flexible role that would suit someone looking for 2 to 3 days a week - to align with family needs. The role will report directly to the CEO and you will be instrumental in delivering operational and strategic human resource support to our organisation. It is a true business partnering role, and your key responsibilities will include:
- End to end recruitment
- Partnering with team leaders to address workforce requirements
- Managing adhoc ER processes
- Take a proactive approach to increasing employee engagement
- HR Administration
- Providing legislative, Award Interpretation advice
- Partnering with Leaders to create and deliver tailored people strategies
- Coaching, training and mentoring frontline leaders as required
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR/ER practice and legislative requirements
- Conducting investigations on employee relations issues including grievances and performance and disciplinary concerns
- Producing and analysing bi-monthly reporting on performance, turnover, and general HR initiatives
- Identifying and implementing operational solutions to enhance process functionalities
- Assisting with project related tasks to support the implementation of a Human Resource Management System
- Respond to all incoming HR queries in a timely manner

Salary: $44.92 – $49.07 per hour
