Talent Acquisition Officer
Council is seeking to appoint a maximum term part time Talent Acquisition Officer to contribute to Council’s success. This position is a maximum term opportunity for secondment coverage working 60 hours per fortnight with a projected end date of December 2024. Workdays and hours flexible for the preferred candidate.

About the Role
The purpose of this position is to provide a confidential Talent Acquisition service through traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative attraction ideas to enhance and support Talent Acquisition performance and outcomes.
You will bring:
- Previous experience providing professional recruitment services and administrative support to a team.
- Understanding of and experience interpreting and applying legislation, awards, policy and procedures.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written English) to engage with a broad customer base.
