We're seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a People & Capability Project Lead.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the Council to implement strategic initiatives and prioritise projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organisational efficiency.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

Application Criteria
- Demonstrated experience and skills in leading multiple projects within scope, time and budget.
- Significant experience and knowledge of contemporary functions of the People and Capability unit including human resources, learning & development and employee engagement.
- Significant experience in researching and developing policies, plans and strategies and providing concise written reports and recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record in developing strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
