Position Overview:
We’re searching for a highly skilled HR person to join our clients’ team on a contractual basis. In this role, you’ll take the lead on identifying opportunities for system and process improvements throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management.
Pay Rate: $55 – $60 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers and HR teams to drive system-related projects and process enhancements.
- Analyse data to provide meaningful insights and identify trends and exceptions.
- Collaborate on HR strategic activities and direction based on analytics.
- Develop and implement HR systems and projects.
- Generate HR reports and analyse data.
- Manage projects and communicate effectively to drive change.
- Solve complex problems by designing and implementing effective solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and address diverse stakeholder needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 +years’ experience in a similar role in a diverse organization.
- Previous experience in HR systems, projects, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
