About the Role

  • Multiple positions Full time 12 months Fixed term available
  • These positions can be based in our BHP offices in Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide.
  • This vacancy will accept applications until 11:59pm AEST on May 20th 2024


Due to an increased demand from the business to support high priority Inclusion & Diversity work, we have multiple opportunities available on a 12-month fixed term within our Australia-based Talent and Performance team from now until July 2025. 

 

These roles are essential in supporting Regional Inclusion & Diversity initiatives across Minerals Australia at BHP. These roles will be part of a “Retain” stream of work that will target internal high performing diverse talent and connect them to relevant career opportunities.

 
The successful candidates will:

 

  • Engage with high performing internal diverse talent
  • Demonstrate exceptional networking and engagement strategies
  • Talent pool candidates who are ready to make an impact from day one
  • Support Leaders to champion our inclusion and diversity agenda 
  • Identify BHP career pathways for talent and coach leaders on employee progression/ team movements  
  • Track and report delivery to project KPIs and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrate strong influencing leadership and candidate engagement and candidate experience strategies 

 

About You

  • Experience with internal talent management or succession planning (desirable)
  • Experience with Talent Pool Management (Desirable)
  • Has a passion for and a drive to enable equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Has a growth mindset and learning agility
  • Understands and manages stakeholders and their priorities in order to influence outcomes
  • Collaborates with key decision makers across the organization to implement changes that will drive results
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment as the team develops processes and ways of working to enable the delivery of this project

 

About Our Process
