Your Role
As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees and developing relationships with existing clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Development of relationships with current mining partners.
- Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and creating solutions that meet their key objectives.
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders across projects.
- Conducting reference checks.
- Mobilising employees to a variety of sites and projects.
- Sourcing and tracking new leads opportunities.
- Tracking and monitoring market conditions and customer requirements.
- Liaising with support teams internally, including technical specialists.
Essential Requirements
- A proven track record as a recruitment consultant.
- Demonstrable experience liaising with multiple decision-makers.
- Ability to multi-task is essential.
- An expert of the mining industry and its movements.
- Present solution-based outcomes to clients.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and our Client base.
- Previous experience with JobAdder advantageous.
