About the Role
If you are looking for a fun and supportive team where you can grow and expand upon your HR/People & Culture skills then this is the role for you!
You will play an essential role in promoting a positive work environment and culture; working closely with the Codafication leadership team on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role will report into the COO and will form part of a network of P&C professionals across our Group of companies, you will also have access to external specialists as required.
Your day-to-day duties will include;
- Supporting our leaders to develop and grow our people
- Facilitation of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Working with leadership to implement P&C strategies and initiatives
- General HR administration including; employment agreements/letters and onboarding documents
- Policy management and maintenance, ensuring compliance with legislation
- Employee engagement, event management, and general business support; including facilitating our employee recognition program and quarterly events
About you

As our successful candidate, you will demonstrate;

- Strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; including written and verbal communication
- Previous experience working in HR or combination of an HR degree and experience in admin; knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment, and employment law will be beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and systems
