Job Description
As the HR Specialist, you'll work closely with HR leadership and people leaders to craft and coordinate change plans in line with organisational goals. You'll liaise with HR and Training, and broadly across the organisation to contribute to and a variety of people programs.
You will:
- Contribute to multiple people projects and priorities, ensuring alignment to objectives and a streamlined approach to delivery.
- Update, develop and review key policies and resource material to align with our people strategy and operational objectives.
- Develop interventions and mechanisms that contribute to building a positive workplace culture and improved employee experience.
- Contribute to people frameworks and initiatives aimed at improving organisational effectiveness and driving cultural transformation.
Candidate’s Profile
To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate HR professional who is solution-focused, pragmatic and resilient. You will have experience contributing to organisational change initiatives and people programs across the employee lifecycle. You will be a natural communicator who enjoys sharing their knowledge and experience and collaborating with a variety of people to deliver positive outcomes.
Your background will demonstrate:
- A background in organisational development and/or generalist HR with broad experience in performance management, engagement, culture, and total rewards.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to organisational change initiatives utilising an applied methodology and resources.
- Sound data literacy with the ability to prepare reports and documentation that delivers valuable insights and recommendations.
- Your ability to build trusted working relations coupled with an ability to communicate with influence.
- A strong collaborator and facilitator who can connect with people, provide sound advice and convey complex information.
Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications in organisational psychology, organisational development, HR, change management, business or related discipline.
