The Opportunity
To support and implement proactive sourcing strategies for critical roles across all business units of SunPork Group, ensuring strong potential candidate pipelines through direct and indirect sourcing, optimising sourcing channels, and developing and maintaining talent pools. Additionally, deliver practical and timely solutions in line with SunPork’s talent strategy, contributing to the overall success and positive image of SunPork both internally and externally.
Reporting to the Group Talent Development and Acquisition Manager, some key responsibilities will include:
- Manage high-volume recruitment of blue and white-collar workforce across Australia, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes
- Participate in role briefings with hiring managers, contributing to sourcing strategies and recruitment processes while maintaining a high level of detail and proactive relationship-building
- Conduct and document screening processes, including candidate shortlisting, resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews, and provide timely, constructive feedback to enhance the candidate experience
- Support the management of recruitment data, references, working rights checks, certifications, pre-employment screening checks, and other assessments as specified in the agreed recruitment process
- Build and maintain key talent pools to support proactive recruitment for key and critical roles, identify continuous improvement opportunities in sourcing strategy and effectiveness, and assist in internal talent management initiatives and HR programs
Who We Are Looking For
SunPork has established an efficient, highly skilled yet diversified team that is dedicated to producing high quality, sustainable welfare-optimal products.
As a key member of this team, the successful applicant must have:
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter or Candidate Manager
- Experience within blue and white collar environments preferred
- Communication, collaboration, and developing and strengthening businesses’ market reach
- Passionate about candidate and employee experience
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of the marketplace, competitors and best practice
