About the role
As a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist, your objective is to identify, engage, and place top-tier healthcare and IT professionals in roles that support the growth and innovation of healthcare solutions, with a core focus on digital health. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the right talent is aligned with the strategic goals of the organisation, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of healthcare projects.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to healthcare roles
- Manage end to end recruitment processes from job description creation to candidate onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define role requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions
- Regularly review and optimise recruitment processes to enhance efficiency
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to digital healthcare roles
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with healthcare regulations and organisational policies.
About you
- 3 years agency recruitment experience essential
- Strong business development skills
- 2 years minimum healthcare recruitment (highly desirable)
- Clear understating of recruitment dynamics and legal aspects in the healthcare sector
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- High level of interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, writing and communication skills.
- Willingness to stay informed about industry trends and best practices
