You will assist staff with enquiries, ensure information is accurately recorded and maintained, and provide general administrative support to the HR team. You will organise training for our staff and support the delivery of staff development and wellbeing initiatives. You will also support efficient, transparent end-to-end recruitment processes, prioritising a positive candidate experience and effective onboarding of new staff.Your approachable and professional communication style will see you build a strong rapport with staff, promoting employee confidence in the delivery of responsive, confidential, and effective Human Resources functions. - Base annual salary circa $68,000 per annum dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications
