Provides advice and support to the FSFHG Hospital Acquired Complications (HACs) Reduction Program. Prepares and collates information through administrative support to ensure the HACS Reduction Program are equipped to support clinical staff implement best practice. Manages established relevant databases to support various implementation and improvement projects by the team.Clinical Documentation Improvement Support Officer (115834)
Provides advice and support to SMHS business units on matters relating to Clinical Documentation Improvement activities. Prepares and collates information through administrative support to ensure the Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist(s) are equipped to meet their obligations in supporting clinical staff improve Clinical Documentation.
