Job description

Job Description Manage mechanical engineering requirements, from tender stage to completion, of multiple and varied installation projects, being the main driver for the project delivery team in managing compliance with contractual terms and conditions; and ensuring project completed safely within required scope on time and on budget.

  • Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports
  • Problem Solving with Clients, Subcontractors

  • Highly organised with ability to complete multiple tasks at any given time and
deliver to deadline.
  • Sound financial analysis capabilities, including working knowledge of budgets.
  • An ability to drive business strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with customers.
  • Effective influencing skills including influencing people and decisions through
positive conversation.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office suite and Simpro
Project Control
  • Design the project schedule.
  • Design the project plan.
  • Prepare & estimate project budgets for approval.
  • Monitoring project plan.
  • Identifying /reporting and managing risks.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of project
