About the Role:
As an HVAC Estimator, you will be at the forefront of projects ranging from $5 to $10 million across various sectors including commercial, education, retail, and healthcare spaces throughout Victoria. This is your chance to showcase your expertise in estimation and engineering, contributing to the success of high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for HVAC projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather necessary information.
- Assist in the development of project proposals and budgets.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in estimation or engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills..
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
