Energy Air is a HVAC contractor based on the south side of Brisbane at Tingalpa. This is a full-time position with a well-established family owned company that specialises in the engineering and installation of HVAC / mechanical services.
Due to continued growth, we currently have a vacancy for an experienced Project Manager with the ability to deliver projects, bring in new business and further develop our presence in south-east QLD. Energy Air has established itself as one of the most professional and reputable companies in south-east QLD and therefore will only consider candidates that will uphold these standards.
As a Project Manager, your role will include maintaining client relationships, procurement and managing subcontractors and suppliers and ensuring Safety and Quality control procedures are undertaken to maintain our standards. Typical projects may include commercial office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, high rise apartments, aged care facilities, schools and universities. Reporting to the Construction Manager of the Commercial Division, this position will also have a strong focus on Client Relationship Management and Project Financial Control.
Your Requirements:
- Proven track record in delivering HVAC work ($2M+) for commercial projects.
- Well connected in the SE QLD construction market and minimum 5+ years’ experience in HVAC / Mechanical Services project management.
- A tertiary engineering or trade background in Mechanical Services will be ideal.
- Confident and concise communicator with the ability to liaise with colleagues and clients.
- Self-driven and highly motivated individual.
Salary package negotiable to skills and experience. A good work history with references is required.
