Responsibilities:The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Planning and delivery of the Annual Lifecycle Projects for the facility including Upgrades and Modifications as required.
- Working with a team of experienced and passionate project professionals as you play a key role, in the pursuit of effective delivery of Lifecycle projects.
- Overseeing project governance to ensure effective change management to the Lifecycle technical model and site Asset registers.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to the Program Manager and other senior stakeholders.
- Responsible for executing projects safely, on time and within budget.
Qualifications:- Project management experience in the facilities and maintenance field, Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
- Technical qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical.
- Proven experience in evaluating and planning long term facilities modifications and lifecycle projects.
- The ability to develop plans, procedures and processes and deliver Whole of Life AM/O&M projects.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a high level of discretion with internal or external parties such as clients, government bodies and other organisations.
