Position Available: Tradesman - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
About the Role: As a tradesman with Treadies HVAC & R, you'll be right in the thick of it, helping out with all things air conditioning and refrigeration. Whether it's installing, maintaining, or servicing units, you'll be hands-on and learning the ropes from the best in the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist tradesmen in all aspects of air conditioning and refrigeration work.
- Jump in on equipment commissioning, getting those systems running smoothly.
- Show respect and diligence to your fellow team members and follow our company rules.
Criteria: We're looking for someone who's:
- Keen as a bean with a solid work ethic.
- Honest, respectful, and knows how to present themselves well.
- A master of time management and communication.
- Detail-oriented and ready to be part of the team.
- Positive, helpful, and always up for a challenge.
- Professional, reliable, and knows their way around safety guidelines.
License Requirements: You'll need:
- A White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Refrigeration License
- Electrical License
