Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role within the team helping clients buy and sell properties in the Upper North Shore area. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Prospect and generate leads.
- Assist private inspections and open houses.
- Assist in negotiating offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Work closely with top performers to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid real estate license/certificate of registration.
- 6-12 months + in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent energy and a desire to succeed in real estate.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of the Upper North Shore real estate market is a plus.
