Form of workWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join an up and coming Commercial HVAC and Electrical company.
The projects you will manage day to day are large commercial government installations with the exception of some ongoing maintenance contracts.
Our client covers the general Brisbane area and are growing rapidly, this is an exciting time to be apart of a fast evolving company moving into their next phase. The opportunity on offer is a full time permanent position.
Job Details:
- $120K - $150K + Super and new vehicle
- Tier 1 and 2 Commercial HVAC projects
- Based in the Greenslopes area
- Work in a great enviroment alongside passionate like minded experts
- Efficiently manage HVAC projects to meet budget and timeframe deadlines
- Coordinate design with Builders and Drafters, ensuring seamless integration
- Liaise with Clients, Site Managers, and Installers for installation requirements and scheduling
- Generate RFQs, conduct product and pricing research, and manage equipment delivery schedules
- Ensure accuracy in schedules and drawings, addressing discrepancies
- Proven track record in HVAC project management with a strong commercial understanding
- Detailed understanding of construction processes, HVAC installation, and technical design capabilities
- High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated leadership capability and effective communication skills
