AE Smith has an opportunity for a HVAC Service Supervisorto join the team located in Brisbane. Some of your responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service, maintenance, and commissioning of various Client contracts.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork related to the work performed.
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with technicians and apprentices, demonstrating the ability to work effectively in pairs or smaller teams.
• Adhere to all safety, company, and statutory policies and procedures at all times.
• Actively engage in company-facilitated training and safety meetings as required.
• Provide on-site training for technicians/apprentices and supervise their work as assigned by the company.
• Identify and bring in new client leads for small service repairs.

To excel in this role, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience or exposure to commercial HVAC systems.
• Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Current restricted Electrical License.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Construction Induction Card (white card).
• Current ARC License.
• Experience in A/C maintenance and installations of various types.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Technical competence.
• Ability and confidence to work independently and in a team environment.
• Positive and proactive approach to safety.
