Key Responsibilities
Process invoices and manage office-related financial transactions (Book keeping)
Oversee daily operations of the office and administrative functions.
Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Ensure the office is well-maintained and meets health and safety requirements.
Liaise with building management and service providers for office repairs and maintenance.
Oversee office layout, ordering of furniture, and overall space management.
Manage office budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Process invoices and manage office-related financial transactions.
Assist in preparing operational reports and managing records.
Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
