In this role, you'll provide high-level Project Support and coordination to project teams coordinating project-related information, to support the efficient and on-time delivery of projects including but not limited to:
- Assist in the preparation of project delivery documentation
- Coordinate and compile information and prepare project and program reports
- Develop presentations, fact sheets and other information documents.
- Assist in the collection and maintenance of project metrics
- Organising and participating in site visits and other project-related events.
- Provide assistance and support as directed in elements of contract management
- Create and maintain files and documents as per records management procedures
- Take, prepare and distribute minutes of project team meetings.

About you
- You are someone who has experience in supporting project teams in a construction environment.
- You possess excellent planning, prioritisation and scheduling skills.
- Ideally you have an engineering qualification or have been a competent construction administrator with the ability to deliver high quality day-to-day administration and project services in a complex organisation.
- You are a proactive team player and enjoy a collaborative environment.
- You are competent across Microsoft suite of programmes.
- Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to prioritise workflows and meet strict deadlines in a high volume, complex environment will set you up for success in this role
