About the business

Vision Personal Training is a network of 58  Personal Training Studios  that are Franchised across Australia and New Zealand. We focus on long term behaviour and lifestyle change, and have changed the lives of over 100,000 people in the last 10 years.

The business was established in 1999 with the purpose of both achieving client results, and providing career opportunities for Personal Trainers in the health and fitness industry. 
 

About the role

We are seeking a energetic organised individual to keep our HQ office humming! Major tasks of the role include 

  • Administration assistance supporting the GM / CEO diary management, travel bookings, project support.
  • Co-ordination and planning of the HQ team schedule, meetings, team events 
  • Office management, supplies, stationary, catering.
  • Franchise network support, Franchisee and HQ  support via phone, management of basic IT requests, network email support.
  • Logistical and administrative support for Franchise events.
  • Planning and coordination of our network annual conference 
  • Ad Hoc project support

Skills and experience

If the below description sounds like you we’d love to hear from you! 

  • Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Experience and developed skills in all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including email. 
  • Events Coordination/ Management experience desired 
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to make others jobs easier
  • Thrive in streamlining, and implementing systems and processes to improve
  • Great with names and faces – you are a confident communicator who builds rapport with ease.
  • Naturally orientated to attention to details and timelines.
  • Organised and happy to troubleshoot on the fly with great time management skills 
  • Adaptable with technology and happy to learn something new 
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • You are the organiser and social planner of your circle who loves getting everyone together.
