ICT Business Analyst (Functional Consultant) - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Austral Dynamics Pty Ltd is a fast-growing Dynamics 365 Business Central Gold Partner and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider for Dynamics 365. We are based in Sydney and service clients in most states of Australia and in the Pacific region.
We have been dedicated to supporting the Business Central product for more than 15 years and have a very experienced team of Microsoft-certified expert consultants in the field, most with more than 10 years' experience. We aim to exceed our customers' expectations through excellent service.
A full-time position for a Functional Consultant is available for an immediate start due to company growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to leverage their experience in software consultancy and their passion for business software solution services with an industry leader.
Specific experience for the duties and responsibilities of the position of Functional Consultant are as follows:
- Functional consulting in Business Central or Dynamics CRM software undertaking scoping of customer requirements, creating functional requirement documents
- Configuring the software in accordance with the end-user requirements
- Identifying process inefficiencies, recommending improvements and deploying solutions to ensure system improvements and integrity
- Handling modifications based on the customer’s specifications
- Conducting training and creating user-training documentation
- Documenting system specifications to act as the principal information reservoir for future design, development, and up-gradation of software
- Undertaking pre-sale demonstrations
The successful candidate should have one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or equivalent) and at least 3 years’ experience in Business Central / Dynamics NAV
- At least 5 years’ experience in Business Central / Dynamics NAV
The successful candidate should also understand how systems will meet a customer's strategic objectives and demonstrate this to the decision makers in their organisations.
The candidate should be self-motivated and customer focused with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail is important in the role. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a self-starter, skilled at implementing solutions and experienced at support. The candidate must be hard-working, organised, creative and passionate about working in a team environment.

The position will attract an annual salary of AUD $100,000.00 plus 10% superannuation, and more, depending on experience and seniority. Please send your resume when applying.
