Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail oriented OutSystems Business Analyst to join our team in India. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, analysing processes, and documenting user stories for development with OutSystems.
Job location:
Head Office is in Norwest Business Park, Norwest NSW 2153, you will be required to work on clients' office (on multiple locations possible), depending on the engagement, whilst remaining a direct employee of Resource Corner

Any bachelor’s degree in major computing or equalent

5 to 15 years.
Job Description – ICT Business Analyst
Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
Experience in eliciting, documenting, and analysing user requirements.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in an Agile development environment (a plus).
Experience with user story writing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Basic understanding of OutSystems or low-code development platforms (a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, product owners, developers) to understand business needs and requirements.
Elicit, analyze, document, and refine user stories for OutSystems development projects.
Work with developers to translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories.
Conduct gap analysis and process improvement assessments to identify opportunities for optimization.
Facilitate workshops and user interviews to gather detailed user requirements.
Create and maintain user stories and other business documentation using appropriate tools.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that developed applications meet user needs.
Stay up-to-date with OutSystems capabilities and limitations.
Identify and document business rules and processes relevant to OutSystems applications.
Perform impact analysis to assess the potential impact of new features on existing functionalities.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Agile development methodology.
Salary: $130k plus super
