Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities through ICT solutions.
- Analyze and document requirements, processes, and system integration points to ensure alignment with IT and business strategies.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to clarify requirements and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed systems and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, requirement specifications, and reports.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in ICT.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ICT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and IT systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a similar role
- 10+ year of relevant experience.
