About the role:
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team! Based in our National Support office in Burnley, this role reports into the Strategy Manager – Organisations. The role will play a critical part in the evolution of the
business and organisations team providing key strategic insights that help drive a deeper understanding of our customer. This role directly supports the Head of Organisations and wider Organisations leadership team in delivering the commercial strategic plans with a focus on growing new segments.
The role will also work closely with functions across Bunnings including Finance, Commercial, Data & Analytics and Operations teams to build out
financial metrics in line with the strategic agenda.
What's involved:
- Assist in development of organisation business plans in line with the Evolution of Organisations
- Develop reporting to analyse the ROI of new segments
- Analyse customer profitability, customer satisfaction, complaints, financial and all other data sources to identify business strengths and opportunities to improve
- Engage broadly, working across different divisions and cross-functional teams to understand insights and develop recommendations
- Prepare business cases and other requests on an as needs basis
- Assist in writing and developing content for internal and external stakeholder meetings and reports
- Support the Organisations leadership team with ad-hoc requests to support the sales plan
- Work with key stake holders to develop a view of current and future opportunities across Organisations segments to assist with the medium to long term strategic plan & corporate plan
You'll need:
- Degree qualification in commerce/business related degree
- Previously worked with strategy functions
- Previous experience within a commercial B2B environment would be advantageous but not mandatory
- You enjoy working with competing priorities and working with large sets of data
- This role will see you liaising with a broad range of stakeholders so excellent communication skills will help you to succeed in this role
