Job Title: IT Field Engineer / Technician
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- The role is based in Cairns, Queensland, Australia.
You will deliver value by:
- Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk-side software support and/or service desk support
- Understanding of hardware and software support services
- Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.
- Install and maintain Personal Computers along with associated accessories and peripherals.
- Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
- Test and certify PC's.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- NV1 or NV2 security clearance is required for this role.
- Strong focus on providing customer service, with great verbal and written communication skills
- A keen interest in developing a career in IT
- Experience in the delivery of IT support services with specified KPIs
- Customer Service experience
