In this service-oriented role, you are responsible for providing solutions-focused technical advice to staff, students, and parents via the Service Desk, whether by phone, in person, or online, acting as the 'first responder' to a diverse array of IT, A/V, and technology queries. The job: Permanent Full Time.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager in a wider team of 8. Lots of opportunity to explore different facets of ICT, from infrastructure to systems and databases. Regular training provided (internal and external).
Desired Skills and Experience The ideal candidate: Able to obtain and hold a valid Working
With Children Check. Newly graduated from a relevant ICT qualification, or with 6-12 months' equivalent experience. Able to comfortably respond to most Level 1 queries across MacOS/ iOS / Windows, and to set up basic A/V equipment.
