About the Role
They are currently seeking a Customer Support / ICT Helpdesk Officer to join their team. This is a predominantly work from home opportunity with the requirement to attend Macquarie Park Offices, when required. This is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend.
Reporting to the Manager, you will provide support, expertise and knowledge to deliver end user environment of ICT hardware and software incidents across the division.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer service
- Respond to enquiries from customers within a fast paced, high volume environment
- Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints
- Troubleshoot basic ICT hardware and software issues
- Validate stakeholder business needs
- Translate and convey technical information into everyday terminology
- Records and database management, ensuring accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
- Follow and comply to helpdesk framework
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
About You
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional and confident with a strong customer service delivery focus
- High attention to detail
- Superior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Solid analytical, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
Requirements
- Administration, Helpdesk, Call Centre or Shared Services experience essential
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
